    The Post Service Scheme is a Special Unit under the Corps Marshal Office which was established to provide a platform for serving staff of the Corps to contribute a specified portion of their monthly income, which will be invested to result in a profit-driven venture that will improve the life of personnel of the Corps at the point of retirement or disengagement. And in the event of death, provide succour for the family members of the contributor.

    The PSS will exist as a welfare and business outfit of the Corps, with investment as the core mandate. The PSS will be in charge of the contributions of staff and administration of the fund generated for necessary investments by:
  • Internally sourcing for funds through mandatory staff contributions and voluntary upgraded savings.
  • Engaging in legitimate profitable ventures that will yield interest.
  • Reinvesting the profit on investment made.
  • Rendering a quarterly report to the board for ratification of its activities.
